This work of art, is based on bricks. Now if you notice no brick is usually the same especially in buildings. Bricks become imperfect, they can have dints, scratches, marks and lumps missing out of them. This usually happens in construction or ware and tear due to adverse weather conditions over time. To represent this, I have messed up the bricks with various squiggles, lines and marks with my acrylic paints. There are 3 bricks on the top of the painting which have not been messed up. They represent the fine standards and quality, in their manufacture before being put to use.
