Terms and Conditions
Before any product is despatched, payment must be fully processed. All artwork is supplied with a 12 month warranty in case of fire or theft. Suitable proof that the product has been damaged or stolen must be shown before the product can be fixed or replaced. A certificate of authenticity is attached in the delivery packaging, confirming that the product is an original work of art. All products can be returned after delivery within the first 14 days, if not fully satisfied. However it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product, and it should be returned carefully in its original packaging. A full refund on its return if everything is in order, will be issued including the original postage fees incurred. Postage fees on sending the product back, will not be refunded. All images used on this website are the property of Shundul Ashton, they may not be used or copied without permission. All the artwork available on this website has been genuinely created by Shundul Ashton painting with his mouth, because of physical disability and the condition Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita which affects Shundul's limbs, joints, muscles and soft tissues including his hands. All artwork comes with quick despatch when this service is fully available.
